The staff is friendly and helpful, fluent in English. Rooms are comfortable, with quality amenities and hair conditioner. Good room service with hot food. Convenient in-room vault, extra blankets, and pillows. Limited car entrance, but good for a high guest volume.

The location of the hotel is great, with several banks and the US Consulate nearby. Taxis are readily available, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. The metro station is also easily accessible, allowing for easy transportation throughout the city.
The fitness room is not well-maintained and some of the machines are broken.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was helpful, always going the extra mile to make my stay comfortable. The room was clean and organized, with an in-room vault and extra blanket and pillows for added convenience. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the Morumbi shopping center and the USA consulate. the breakfast was great, with a wide selection of delicious food. the best aspect of this hotel was the friendly and accommodating staff.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

I recently stayed at this venue and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed. Despite being in an area that isn't terribly attractive, it proved to be very comfortable for those of us who were in town for work. Taxis were readily available all the time. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to our needs. What I appreciated most about this hotel was the range of amenities on offer. There was something for everyone including sauna, swimming pool, spa lounge, fitness studio and a bar/lounge area. The rooftop pool was a particular highlight and the perfect spot to relax at the end of a long day.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who plans on staying in this area.

Great location near Clube Transatlantica. The hotel facilities are clean and well-maintained. The staff, from the receptionists to the restaurant, are excellent and professional, always making you feel welcome. The showers have good water pressure and the bathroom amenities provided are nice. The breakfast is decent, with options.
